Responsibilities

Ensure providers are fully credentialed, maximized in payer enrollments, and ready to deliver care from day one, adapting credentialing priorities to support dynamic capacity needs

Direct and mentor a team of Specialists and Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance

Maintain warm and engaging relationships with providers throughout the credentialing and onboarding process, ensuring timely and seamless transitions into care

Define project priorities, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Develop and maintain SOPs, QA measures, and dashboards for monitoring enrollment, licensing, and compliance

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational workflows and data management practices, and design and implement automations to foster process improvement
