Qualification
Required
7+ years as a superintendent on commercial or healthcare construction projects
Strong background in healthcare or commercial construction
Skilled in scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor management
Solid understanding of ICRA, OSHA, and building codes
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Preferred
OSHA 30
First Aid/CPR
