Responsibilities

Serve as the pricing lead from RFP receipt through Proposal Authorization, ensuring accurate cost models and pricing assessments

Coordinate functional inputs (engineering, logistics, finance) to produce a cohesive, compliant proposal

Guide the proposal through the management review process and provide audit support to government reviewers

Mentor and provide day‑to‑day direction to junior Proposal Analysts

Conduct fact‑finding, negotiate terms, and secure TINA certification as required

Required

Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Strong financial/analytical/technical skills

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Proficient user of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Aptitude for learning financial software and/or database systems

Preferred

Prior experience as a proposal analyst leading major proposal efforts

Knowledge of FAR and Cost/Pricing Data Requirements

High attention to detail and ability to summarize large volume of complex data to influence executive decision making

Experience using proposal estimating or pricing systems

Experience with multiple proposal contract types
