Cybersecurity Sales Lead
Gabriel Defense is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cybersecurity Sales Lead to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the Midwest Region. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients across various industries.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Understand client cybersecurity needs and propose tailored solutions
Present and demonstrate cybersecurity products and services effectively
Collaborate with technical teams to scope solutions and develop proposals
Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive offerings
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
3 – 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity or IT services
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and market dynamics
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
