Netafim is a company specializing in large-scale irrigation solutions, and they are seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary initiatives across the EMEA region. The Project Manager will oversee projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer requirements while managing project finances.

Responsibilities

Lead project initiation and pre-sale activities up to contract signature

Manage projects from execution through handover according to Netafim methodology

Manage project P&L and ensure financial performance according to business targets

Establish project work programs and maintain management and control routines (schedule, budget, QA, CR, etc.)

Lead communication with clients, partners, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and satisfaction

Support pre-sales activities, finalize action plans, convert initiatives into R&R, and build executable work plans

Identify and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation plans are implemented

Build, maintain, and implement best practices within Netafim’s PM community and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with Netafim’s quality, safety, and sustainability standards

Coordinate cross-functional interfaces with Engineering, Procurement, Greenhouse, Finance, and Legal teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in a Quantitative or Analytical field such as Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related discipline

Formal project management education and recognized certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)

Minimum 4 years of proven experience in managing multidisciplinary projects

Experience working in a matrix and multicultural environment

High proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, or other relevant project management tools)

Highly proficient in English (spoken and written)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven leadership and influencing capabilities without formal authority

Problem-solving orientation and creativity

Teamwork and collaboration abilities

Sensitivity to diversity and cross-cultural differences

Strong planning, organizing, and prioritization skills

Multitasking and adaptability in a dynamic environment
