Responsibilities
Customer Discovery – Partner directly with customers to understand their goals, uncover pain points, and define clear technical requirements
Solution Development – Design and build features and scalable systems that drive measurable customer outcomes
Technical Communication – Translate complex technical ideas into easy-to-understand concepts for non-technical audiences
Cross-Functional Execution – Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver impactful, customer-tailored solutions
Project Ownership – Lead multiple high-priority projects end to end, balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer discovery and understanding customer goals
Ability to design and build features and scalable systems
Strong technical communication skills to translate complex ideas for non-technical audiences
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
Proven project ownership skills, leading multiple high-priority projects end to end
