Assist in the creation of detailed CAD drawings and designs
Support engineers in project documentation and specifications
Review and revise drawings based on feedback
Coordinate with project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
Maintain organized records of drawings and project files
Participate in project meetings and discussions
Conduct site visits to gather information for drafting
Stay updated on industry standards and software advancements
Qualification
Required
Applicant must reside in Queens, NY
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in drafting or related field preferred
Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
Interest in the Architecture and Planning industry
