Manage and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers, fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable streaming solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards

Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices in streaming application development and video technologies while inspiring a product mindset to deliver capabilities with our customer at the forefront of all your decisions

Partner with cross-functional teams—including Product, UX, and Operations—to align technical solutions with business goals and customer needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role

Proven expertise in streaming application development (e.g. Roku, Samsung TVs, LG, Comcast, etc), video technologies (e.g., HLS, DASH, CDN integration, Video players and event understanding) and cloud platforms (Azure)

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive, high-performing team environment
