Responsibilities

Drive HR program success by providing consultative support and coaching to business colleagues in various HR areas, with a focus on achieving desired outcomes

Collaborate with business and HR teams to strategically execute key initiatives such as recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and employee development, enhancing organizational structure and performance

Develop, administer, and ensure compliance with HR programs and policies, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance management, compensation, benefits, and records management, while continuously striving for process efficiency

Promote the value of HR programs by effectively communicating their business impact and facilitating smooth implementation to minimize disruption

Work alongside business leaders and HR teams to enhance employee engagement, address employee relations issues, and foster a positive organizational culture

Support employee training and development efforts, contributing to continuous learning and growth within the organization

Stay updated on HR-related training and industry best practices to enhance expertise and contribute to HR excellence

Fulfill any other assigned duties to contribute to overall organizational success
