Responsibilities
Establishing and Scaling Global PMO: Design, build, and deploy the entire Global PMO function from the ground up, defining governance, processes, and automation for a rapidly scaling software company
Managing complex projects involving Agentic AI implementation and data-driven solutions, including predictive and data analytics for clients
Driving process excellence and consolidate existing project management functions, ensuring alignment with Agile/Scrum frameworks, and implementing KPIs across the organization
This is a Cross-Functional Leadership Senior Project Manager role. You will act as a highly hands-on operator and leader, integrating functions across teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in project/program management
Advanced understanding of and proven experience with Agentic AI from a Project Manager standpoint is required for this position
Experience in establishing a global PMO in an IT environment, along with skills in digital transformation and change management with a trust-building mindset
Strong experience with AI and automation, and their ability to enhance project delivery and governance
Strong leadership skills in a cross-functional environment, including excellent communication
Proficiency in managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and integrating PMO processes
Stable employment history with infrequent job changes and not a consulting background
Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of cross-functional leadership as a Senior Project Manager
