Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both French and English
Helping customers navigate the platform and troubleshoot technical issues
Ensuring customers have the best possible listening experience
Handling 3-5 simultaneous chats in previous roles
Creating personalized, memorable experiences for every customer
Delivering top-tier customer support
Spotting and solving issues swiftly
Completing language assessments in French and English
Participating in an 8-week orientation period
Committing to 25 hours per week, including 12 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday
Ensuring a stable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps
Using a dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or newer
Installing ModSquad security software and a 2FA app on mobile devices
Accessing a webcam or smartphone capable of capturing clear photos
Utilizing dual monitors for optimal workflow and multitasking

Qualification

Required

Fluent in French and English, with professional-level communication skills in both
Experience providing support through inbound messaging
Ability to handle 3-5 simultaneous chats in previous roles
A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or newer
Willingness to install ModSquad security software and a 2FA app on your mobile device
Access to a webcam or a smartphone capable of capturing clear photos
A stable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps
At least 8 GB of RAM (more is always better!)
Availability for 25 hours per week, including 12 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday
Completion of language assessments in French and English

Preferred

Experience in customer support for a music streaming platform
Dual monitors are strongly recommended for optimal workflow and multitasking
