Food and Beverage
Responsibilities
Enters and keeps up-to-date all data items in the Company's QA database
Completes customer required reports and sends to the facilities' senior management
Prepares minutes for all Food Quality and Regulatory meetings
Assists with any presentations or data gathering from the QA database
Tracks and ensures label approvals are present prior to new products being ran
Informs HACCP Coordinators and the QA management of issues which may be present in regulatory documentation
Qualification
Required
High school or equivalent
0 -2 years of experience
Good reading, writing, math and analytical skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft products, i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Experience in further processing and cook plants
Experience in quality assurance preferred
