Customer Service Admin III
Crane Aerospace & Electronics provides high-performance systems and components to the aerospace and defense sectors. They are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to manage administrative activities for assigned customers, acting as a key liaison to ensure exceptional service and communication.

Responsibilities
Review and negotiate customer purchase orders for compliance with policies and regulations
Manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and cost-effective fulfillment
Respond to customer RFQs with accurate pricing and delivery commitments
Enter and manage order details in the ERP system, providing acknowledgments to customers
Collaborate with sales and account managers to interpret contracts and agreements
Address past-due payments and recommend credit terms
Process warranty returns and ensure timely resolutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers through regular communication
Administer customer portals for returns, credits, and corrective actions
Support accurate customer forecasts and ensure export compliance
Validate customer scorecards and align performance metrics
Coordinate new product shipments and milestone billings
Qualification
Required
5-10 years in customer service or related roles
Strong understanding of business administration, export regulations, and ITAR compliance
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Experience with pricing, contracts, and customer portals
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information
Final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government
