Copilot Technical Program Manager
RTX Corporation is an Aerospace and Defense company providing advanced systems and services for commercial, military, and government customers. They are seeking a Copilot Technical Program Manager to manage the collaboration AI/Microsoft Copilot technical program, define the enterprise-wide strategy for Copilot adoption, and lead the rollout of Copilot tools across business units.

Responsibilities
Define and execute enterprise-wide strategy for Copilot adoption at RTX
Develop and drive 3 year roadmap
Establish governance framework for responsible AI use, data privacy and compliance
Collaborate with Legal, Global Trade, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance
Lead the rollout of Copilot tools and features across business units
Develop personas and uses cases for maximum productivity impact
Establish citizen development model
Ensure the Copilot release adheres to MSFT and industry best practices
Define KPIs and success criteria for Copilot usage
Monitor usage analytics and create reports
Releasing and managing collaboration AI at the enterprise scale
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
10+ years combined experience with M365 collaboration and AI
4+ years of people management experience
10% travel, onsite in CT or Dallas area
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Passion for AI and productivity tools
Certifications in AI and/or Copilot
Experience with AI/ML technologies or large language models
GCC High experience
