Account Executive - Automotive Sales

Empire Electronics Inc. is a leading North American Automotive Supplier specializing in wire harnesses, PCB assemblies, and lighting solutions. The Account Executive will be responsible for building relationships with Tier 1 customers, driving sales growth, and managing key accounts in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 customers and decision makers
Serve as the primary connection between customers and our engineering, quoting, and operations teams
Anticipate customer needs and propose solutions that align with what we can manufacture and deliver
Manage and expand existing accounts while seeking new business opportunities
Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that support company objectives
Consistently push revenue growth and market share
Work closely with internal teams including program management, engineering, procurement, and production to ensure we deliver on time and with quality
Monitor forecasts, inventory needs, and demand planning with customers
Address supply chain challenges, quality issues, and production concerns by coordinating internal resources
Keep informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technology in wire harnessing, PCB assembly, and lighting
Share customer feedback and market insights to influence new products and overall business strategy

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is a plus, but not required
Three to five years in account management, sales, or business development in automotive, electronics, or manufacturing
Knowledge of wire harnesses, PCB assembly, or lighting technologies is a strong plus
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
Ability to understand technical drawings and processes and translate them into customer value
Organized, detail oriented, and self driven
Willingness to travel, about fifty to seventy five percent local and about twenty five percent international

Preferred

Bonus points for Spanish or Korean language skills. Multilingual candidates are highly valued
