This role involves overseeing logistics processes, partnering with fulfillment teams, and enhancing operational performance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with company objectives and improve overall supply chain efficiency
Review outbound order profile daily to ensure shipping targets and metrics are met and exceeded
Review and provide reporting weekly to leadership to ensure performance efficiencies are known
Review customer order flow data to ensure carrier optimization and service selection criteria is efficient within shipping criteria
Partner with the Supply Chain team to review and discuss trends or efficiencies; document synergies and economies of scale that will produce results
Analyze shipping attributes data to identify trends, develop insights, and propose actionable improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, fulfillment operations, customer service and operations, to ensure alignment and support organizational goals
Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Ensure performance metrics are met
Travel up to 50% to oversee global operations and align regional teams
Oversee multi-site logistics and QC teams to ensure efficiency is in place and consistent
Review and communicate any obstacles that could prevent an efficient flow of merchandise leaving from any of Signature Solar’s fulfillment centers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
10+ years of experience in logistics with a proven track record of leading operations
Strong leadership skills and experience using Net Suite and tools for data analysis
Excellent teamwork and internal/external communication skills; written & verbal. Communicating in multiple languages is preferred
Proficiency in Net Suite (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Strong understanding data analysis
Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership abilities, including the capability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred
Master's degree in a Logistics
Experience in a managerial role within a flexible environment
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
