Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end ML projects including exploratory data analysis, feature engineering and model training / evaluation
Make trade-off between model performance vs. power / memory consumption on the device
Implement DSP pipeline and machine learning model in firmware (low-level language)
Conduct literature reviews and research on resource-constrained inference and training techniques
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, firmware engineers, and product managers
Qualification
Required
Computer Science or Electrical Engineering degree
3+ years of professional experience with production machine learning models
3+ years of research experience
Solid fundamentals in C/C++ and memory management
Expert in porting a machine learning model to C/C++
Experience with physical sensors and time series data modeling
Preferred
MS / PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
