Business Development Advisor

The Business Development Advisor will focus on driving positive career outcomes for graduates by building and nurturing relationships with employers and community organizations to expand career opportunities.

Responsibilities

Oversee an assigned geographic area with autonomy. Focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with employers in the allied healthcare sector
Proactively engage potential employer partners through cold calling and effectively utilize the internal lead management system to expand the employer network
Develop and grow new and existing relationships within the healthcare industry to proactively identify future job opportunities for graduates
Align graduates with well-qualified allied healthcare job opportunities and maintain relationships with employer partners to ensure actionable pre- and post-interview feedback is captured
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation of graduate interactions, employer engagements, job orders, interview outcomes, and successful placements
Consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics, including call volume, interviews, hires, and monthly placement goals
Maintain detailed notes in the CRM system of record
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years' experience in business-to-business sales, business development, employment staffing, career services, or another related field
Demonstrated strengths in results-driven performance, interpersonal communication, relationship building, and effective time management
Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams
Familiarity with CRM systems

Preferred

Any degree or equivalent experience and/or strong or advanced proficiency in the above required skills/experience
2+ years' experience in business-to-business sales, business development, employment staffing, career services, or another related field
