Responsibilities
Researches legal issues and drafts legal memos/opinions/issue papers
Assists with litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
Drafts legal documents such as contracts, legislation, administrative rules, and the like
Performs other responsibilities as required or assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have completed a bachelor's degree and be presently enrolled in law school
Must possess, and maintain, an overall GPA of 2.0 or higher out of 4.0
