Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive academic and career advising, mentoring, and educational guidance to both new and continuing students
Help students explore options, set meaningful goals, and create action plans to reach them
Maintain student records, collaborate with faculty and staff, and connect students with campus and community resources to support their overall success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in social science, education, human services, communication, or similar field
Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience
Proven written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated sensitivity and experience working with students and/or individuals from diverse social, economic, academic, and cultural backgrounds
One (1) to three (3) years of experience developing and presenting courses, workshops, and/or training
Preferred
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience advising in a high school or college setting
