Responsibilities

Development of tools and automations for supporting IT processes as well as other teams at HRT

Integration and smooth operation of enterprise SaaS applications including handling escalations from other HRTers

Documentation of systems architecture, processes and best practices

Break down complex projects, iterate on new and existing solutions and communicate progress to a wide variety of leads and internal stakeholders

Required

5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related disciplines

Proficiency with Python

Proficiency with the administration, integration and API capabilities of SaaS and unified communications platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian products and Slack

Familiarity with Linux and comfort navigating the command line as well as reading and interpreting application logs

Familiarity with authentication and provisioning methods such as SAML, OIDC, SCIM and non-standard API-based workflows

Preferred

Experience implementing substantial tools/services using Python

Experience implementing client-side SSO integrations in one or more software applications

Linux systems administration experience

Familiarity with IaC and configuration management tools such as Terraform and SaltStack
