Logistics Administrator
Perfect Placement Group, LLC is seeking a detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to support a fast-paced distribution network. This role provides essential administrative and analytical support to the logistics team, ensuring systems are accurate and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities
Generate, compile, and distribute daily and weekly performance reports
Maintain user accounts, credentials, and permissions across logistics platforms (TMS, telematics, fuel systems, dashcams, etc.)
Troubleshoot access or configuration issues and support system integrations
Assist with onboarding new users—credential setup, orientation, and basic system training
Partner with logistics managers to identify reporting needs and drive process improvements
Perform data validation and auditing to ensure information accuracy
Handle other administrative and analytical tasks to support the logistics function
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in logistics, operations support, or data administration
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools
A keen eye for detail, strong communication, and organizational excellence
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
Experience with logistics or transportation management systems preferred
