Correctional Account Coordinator

Responsibilities
Schedule medical appointments, coordinate health records and claims for inmates within institutional facilities
Maintain extensive knowledge of operational service level agreements and contract requirements to ensure contractual compliance
Facilitate daily coordination of scheduling for patients and outside providers for a seamless coordination of care
Work closely with authorization codes to ensure accurate numbers are input into member notes
Maintain all case documents to ensure a comprehensive and detailed source of information for all parties involved in the case
Provide quality customer service to members, which could include sharing claim status with members and outside providers to ensure transparency and quality experience
Maintain a professional relationship with key staff and providers
Demonstrate experience with multi-tasking and ability to thrive and be proactive in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated accountability for maintaining extensive knowledge of operational service level agreements and contract requirements to ensure contractual compliance
Facilitated daily coordination of scheduling for patients and outside providers for a seamless coordination of care
Worked closely with authorization codes to ensure accurate numbers are input into member notes
