Responsibilities

Identifying and recruiting passive and active highly qualified candidates for assigned openings

Building relationships and acting as an account manager to internal clients

Learning and understanding the competitive market and unique cultural advantages

Guiding, supporting, and coordinating through the interview process

Validating the ability to perform required duties and cultural fit of potential new employees

Searching, recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, placing advertisements, and networking

Writing offer letters and job descriptions

Meeting preparation and making complex travel arrangements

Conducting reference checks and assisting in new hire orientations and onboarding

Managing the recruiting database and supporting the college recruiting program

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business, or related major

Demonstrated experience using CRM/applicant tracking systems is highly preferred

Friendly disposition and genuinely care for and like people is a must

Proficiency in All Microsoft Office Programs

Adaptable and consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment

Superior time management skills

Very high organization and multi-task capability

Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
