Assist in dam safety inspections

Continue the dam breach inundation project by using DSS-WISE

Complete evaluation/inundation maps and draft Emergency Action Plans

Surveying

Exposure to engineering analysis of dams

Assist with dam height evaluations

You will be a team player and perform duties as assigned to create a highly efficient work environment

Qualification

General EngineeringDSS-WISESurveyingSelf-Management

Required

Engineering student in Civil, Geological, or Mining Engineering

Valid driver's license

Self-Management: Sets well-defined and realistic personal goals; displays a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner; works with minimal supervision; is motivated to achieve; demonstrates responsible behavior

General Engineering: Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and theories of engineering and their practical applications
