Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Qualification
Required
3+ years outside sales experience selling commercial roofing service contracts
Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the commercial roofing or construction industry
Minimum of 3+years of experience in commercial roofing sales or related field
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferably Salesforce
