Responsibilities
Support Operations in coordinating and executing daily business and logistics functions
Assist with scheduling, reporting, documentation, and general administrative tasks
Work closely with internal teams—including logistics, sales, marketing, and customer service—to ensure timely delivery of operational objectives
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders and management
Maintain organized and accurate records, files, and databases related to operational activities
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from internal and external partners
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Support coordination of distribution timelines, inventory tracking, and client deliverables
Qualification
Required
0 to 2 years of experience in an operations, logistics or coordination role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to take initiative
Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
