Responsibilities

Serve as a Business Analyst specializing in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems, focusing on power and natural gas sectors

Collaborate with front, middle, and back-office users to analyze, document, and enhance business processes related to trading, scheduling, and risk management

Configure and maintain Orchestrade or other ETRM platforms for trade capture, pricing, risk, and settlements

Support end-to-end trade lifecycle processes, ensuring data integrity and workflow efficiency

Work closely with developers and QA teams to design, test, and implement system features and enhancements

Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions for system and process optimization

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and user guides

Provide production support by investigating and resolving system issues promptly

Remain updated with ETRM system changes, energy market trends, and compliance requirements

Leverage strong analytical, configuration, and stakeholder engagement skills

Exhibit willingness and adaptability to learn new functions, tools, and processes within the energy trading domain
