Public Finance Paralegal - Philadelphia
Orion Placement is representing a nationally recognized law firm known for excellence and collaboration. They are seeking a Public Finance Paralegal to support meaningful public finance and municipal bond transactions, with responsibilities including drafting legal documents and managing due diligence processes.

Responsibilities
Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including bond resolutions, offering statements, and closing documents
Conduct legal research relevant to public finance and municipal securities
Manage due diligence and closing processes, including document distribution, signature packages, and binders
Prepare and file UCC, tax, and other regulatory documents
Communicate with clients, underwriters, and outside counsel to coordinate all stages of transactions
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of relevant Paralegal experience in public finance, municipal bonds, or related regulatory work
Strong document drafting, research, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Preferred
Bachelors degree or Paralegal certificate preferred (or equivalent work experience)
