Responsibilities

Have the ability to repair and maintain process equipment

Interface with manufacturing, engineering groups, and vendors regarding process and production problems

Identify and correct root causes of scrap and chronic downtime

Train new employees as needed

Assist technicians, as needed

Become an expert on equipment repair and troubleshooting

Set PM schedules and procedures

Set stock levels for spare parts

Qualification

Required

B.S. degree in EE, ME, EET or equivalent experience in a related technical field

Have the ability to repair and maintain process equipment

Interface with manufacturing, engineering groups, and vendors regarding process and production problems

Identify and correct root causes of scrap and chronic downtime

Train new employees as needed

Assist technicians, as needed

Become an expert on equipment repair and troubleshooting

Set PM schedules and procedures

Set stock levels for spare parts

Knowledge of TEL and SVG tracks a plus

Knowledge of Canon steppers, especially Canon i4, a plus

Knowledge of high voltage systems and troubleshooting

Knowledge of high vacuum systems and troubleshooting a plus

Ability to safely handle process chemicals

Good verbal and written communication skills

Must be a proven team player and self-starter

Good problem solving and decision making skills

Strong Microsoft computer skills

Some heavy lifting required
