Responsibilities
Administer and implement human resources policies and procedures across multiple functional areas
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and patterns
Develop recommendations for management based on data analysis and findings
Process documentation and paperwork for assigned functional areas following established protocols
Prepare internal employee communications related to compensation, benefits, and company policies
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across assigned functional areas
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all HR activities
Collaborate with management to plan and accomplish departmental goals
Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in human resources or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in data collection and analysis
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation
Understanding of HR concepts, practices, and procedures
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with employees and management
Creative thinking and ability to exercise sound judgment
Demonstrated experience working with HR policies and procedures
Background in data analysis and reporting
