Responsibilities

Maintain the general ledger for multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies
Reconcile bank account activity daily, verifying deposits, managing customer accounts and communicating with internal business partners
Prepare and post journal entries to record transactions
Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and assigned tasks
Perform detailed analysis of location financial statements to ensure completeness, accuracy, and reliability of results
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and support audit requirements
Perform research and investigation of financial transactions
Support regulatory reporting efforts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Contribute to the financial budgeting, forecasting, and projection processes
Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting
Take part in internal and operational training programs to support ongoing professional development and ensure alignment with industry best practices
