Responsibilities

Possess 7+ years’ experience with investment adviser regulatory matters
Have comparable law firm experience and/or experience working at the Securities and Exchange Commission and/or at an industry participant
Have demonstrated experience with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and other federal securities law
Be experienced in counseling top tier investment management firms on investment adviser regulatory matters, including registration, conflicts of interest and disclosure, compliance policies and procedures, advertising and marketing, SEC regulatory examinations, and the development and distribution of products and services
Be proficient in analyzing complex regulatory matters and producing clear and comprehensive written materials memorializing legal advice
Be able to manage projects of varying sizes to completion, and be able to engage effectively with partners across the firm and practice, as well as manage and train more junior attorneys
Have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, drafting, communication, and analytical skills
Be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying

Required
