Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the growth and development of the business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to sales strategies
Conducts detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
Develops and implements business development strategies to achieve sales and targets and expand market presence
Analyzes data and generates insights to inform strategic decisions and planning
Identifies and qualifies potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events
Develops and delivers compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Manages the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process
Generates proposals by conducting onsite surveys and preparing estimates
Effectively communicates what was sold and turns over new client information to administration and operations
Monitors regular reports on business development activities and market trends
Provides feedback and recommendations to senior management based on analysis and insights
Qualification
Required
