Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Business
15+ years experience, 10+ in utility privatization or regulatory support
Recognized SME in utilities privatization and rate cases
Proven leadership in DoD or energy infrastructure programs
Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives
