They are seeking a Senior Recruiting Operations Associate to enhance recruiter productivity, improve candidate experience, and optimize operational efficiency in the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for recruiting systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and integrations

Scope, test, and launch new tools and enhancements that improve recruiter efficiency and productivity

Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual work, shorten time-to-hire and enhance the candidate experience

Lead operational programs focused on interviewer effectiveness and offer approval optimization

Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, People Systems, and Business Operations on system and process initiatives

Create documentation, training, and communication plans to support adoption of new tools and workflows

Collaborate with Recruiting to track KPIs, surface insights, and drive continuous improvement

Required

5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations or a related function

Strong knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and the recruiting/HR tech ecosystem

Proven success improving and scaling recruiting processes through automation and workflow design

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical partners

Strong project management skills with experience leading implementations or process rollouts
