The Returnable Packaging Program Operator will be responsible for preparing and organizing returnable packaging materials to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with sustainability standards.

Responsibilities
Prepare and organize the unloading area for returnable packaging
Receive, sort, and classify returnable bags delivered by drivers
Move bags and ice to the designated containers
Palletize and coordinate delivery with the cleaning company
Verify that all pallets are in perfect condition and properly assembled for pickup
Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the work area
Operate the forklift safely and responsibly
Qualification
Required
Experience in operational, logistics, or warehouse tasks
Forklift operation (with valid license)
Ability to lift moderate weight and stand for long periods
Availability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous experience in sustainability programs or handling returnable materials
Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish)
Ability to work on weekends
