Head of Partnerships
Valsoft Corporation is a company that acquires and develops vertical market software companies. The Head of Partnerships will drive strategic and revenue-generating partnerships to expand Alara’s footprint in the dental ecosystem, focusing on alliances with dental practice management software companies and technology providers.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage partnerships with key practice management software providers and dental technology platforms
Sell and position Alara as a complementary solution to existing software ecosystems
Collaborate with internal teams to execute integration and co-marketing initiatives
Identify and pursue strategic partnership and channel opportunities that enhance Alara’s market presence
Own the external partnership pipeline—from initial outreach to signed agreements and ongoing relationship management
Establish frameworks and processes to scale Alara’s partnership function as the company continues rapid growth
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in dental technology, practice management, or healthcare SaaS
Background in companies such as Rectangle Health, Weave, Dentrix, or Henry Schein One
Demonstrated success selling into or partnering with dental practices or dental service organizations (DSOs)
Strong business development, relationship management, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic startup environment
Preferred
Previous experience leading partnerships or channel sales in a high-growth SaaS company
Knowledge of AI or automation tools within healthcare technology
Experience structuring integrations or co-marketing partnerships
