Account Manager I
HL Mando America Corporation is focused on growing its client base and increasing revenue through effective sales strategies. The Account Manager is responsible for developing new programs, establishing sales plans, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Responsibilities
Mass production/ development of new programs
Development of new products
Acceptance and distribution of customer engineering orders
Determination of sales prices
Determination of EO change price
Establishment of sales plans and Plan vs. Actual report
Follow up with daily OEM production status for weekly sales result
Market research for OEM
Market research regarding competitors
Establishment/ report of HKMC sales flow in N.A (Monthly)
Follow up for customer requests
Follow up for customer dissatisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in related field
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work a flexible schedules in coordination with the customer's schedule
Ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision
Able to occasionally travel (Domestic & International)
Preferred
Bilingual (Korean – English preferred)
