Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills for assessing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights
Expertise in Finance and experience in conducting Valuation and Due Diligence
Knowledge and experience in conducting Due Diligence for mergers and acquisitions
Proficiency in Accounting, including understanding of financial statements and reporting
Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying findings to stakeholders
Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (partially remote and on-site)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Preferred
advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
