Transition Services Team Member – Warehousing, Delivery & Light Moving

New Grad, Entry LevelCaring Transitions of Granbury provides compassionate support for seniors and families during transitions. The role focuses on warehousing, delivery, and light moving, assisting clients with estate clean-outs, relocations, and inventory transfers while maintaining an organized workspace.
Family
Responsibilities
Receive, organize, and store incoming items at our warehouse facility
Maintain clean, orderly storage areas for auction items and estate inventory
Load/unload cargo van as part of daily operations
Assist with small residential moves, including loading/unloading household goods
Deliver furniture and boxed items to clients, donation centers, or storage units
Safely wrap, pad, and protect items during handling and transport
Work respectfully in client homes, often during emotional transitions
Follow move plans and packing checklists to ensure efficient project completion
Support other team members with lifting, sorting, and carrying items
Operate dollies, hand trucks, tools, and other moving equipment safely
Follow all safety guidelines to prevent injury or property damage
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Willingness to work flexible hours, Monday-Friday
Positive, team-oriented mindset and a desire to help others
Preferred
Experience in warehousing, delivery driving, moving, or logistics
Familiarity with handling furniture, appliances, and fragile items
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the workday
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
Experience working on a small team and making sound decisions to accomplish results
