Responsibilities

Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets for the assigned territory – North America
Build and sustain a robust pipeline of opportunities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, government entities, trade associations, and academic institutions
Develop the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a consultative and solution-oriented approach
Conduct market research to understand client needs and position ICC Academy solutions effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target organisations
Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to address client-specific needs
Identify and establish strategic partnerships to promote ICC Academy programmes in global markets
Negotiate terms and agreements to maximise mutual value and long-term collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Technology and Operations teams to align sales efforts with organisational goals
Provide market feedback to inform the development of new programmes and services
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to optimise strategies and outcomes
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management

Required

Hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Have 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in education, training, or professional services
Can demonstrate a proven track record of building strong relationships with large multinational organisations, meeting and exceeding sales targets and increasing client spend year on year in a high-performance environment
Have a strong understanding of corporate training, professional development, and certification programmes
Have a knowledge of CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Demonstrate exemplary people and communication skills – comfortable making cold calls, writing sales emails and providing presentations
Are proficient in English with exceptional writing and verbal skills
Are willing to occasionally travel within the North America region to progress business development opportunities
Have previous experience working in an MNC/global organisation

Preferred

Knowledge of other languages would be an asset
Ideally have experience working in or selling products or services related to international trade, financial services and/or economic development
