Responsibilities

Manage, motivate, and coach a team of 10+ inside sales representatives covering accounts across Canada and the U.S., balancing individual growth with overall team success
Achieve and exceed revenue targets by developing sales strategies, forecasting trends, and ensuring effective sales execution in a KPI-driven environment
Recruit and onboard new team members while providing training, mentoring, and ongoing coaching to build skills and set employees up for long-term success
Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement process improvements—leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance productivity, efficiency, and pipeline health
Work closely with field sales leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align strategies, strengthen account coverage, and deliver shared results
Prepare and present performance reviews, forecasts, and business updates to stakeholders and internal executives, providing insights that guide decision-making and strategy
Create an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development where seasoned professionals and new hires alike can thrive
Lead change initiatives by adapting processes, adopting new tools, and driving improvements that keep the sales organization competitive and agile

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
5+ years of leadership experience in sales or contact center environments
Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 10+ employees in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and stakeholder management
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
A customer-first mindset with the ability to uncover client needs, build strong partnerships, and deliver solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty
Resourceful, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment

Preferred

Prior experience in the print and IT sector
Experience with hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members
