Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize B2B paid media and demand generation campaigns specifically aimed at driving high-quality leads and measurable return on investment (ROI)
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing end-to-end Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts
Familiarity with strategic content distribution, including content syndication strategies, lead nurturing workflows, and precise audience segmentation
Experience implementing processes for lead scoring, lead scrubbing, and audience quality management to maximize conversion rates from MQL to SQL
Highly skilled in utilizing analytics tools to analyze B2B campaign performance, identify crucial insights, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Strong ability to manage client and stakeholder communications, effectively translating broad business goals into detailed, effective paid media campaign strategies
Comfortable presenting results and strategic recommendations to both internal teams and external clients or leadership stakeholders

Demonstrated experience managing moderate to large-scale, multi-channel media budgets across various business sectors, with a proven ability to drive qualified leads and measurable ROI
Proven ability to manage competing strategic priorities across multiple business initiatives while maintaining strong Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles
Strong experience PPC and paid social ad platforms with a clear understanding of how to tailor strategies for B2B targets
An analytical thinker well-versed in B2B performance reporting and data visualization
Ability to manage workflows independently while recognizing when to collaborate, delegate, or seek expertise within cross-functional teams
Demonstrated flexibility and confidence in navigating ambiguity, with the ability to learn new B2B tools and adapt campaign strategies quickly when faced with new market challenges or shifts in business priorities
