Senior Territory Sales Manager

They are seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to drive strategic growth by developing new business and expanding relationships with key accounts in the contact lens and intraocular lens manufacturing market.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a nationwide sales territory, consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Balance 50% new business development with 50% key account growth and expansion
Lead strategic sales efforts within the contact lens and intraocular lens manufacturing market
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and onboarding
Engage directly with customers through regular on-site and strategic visits across the U.S
Drive high-value, long-cycle capital equipment sales in complex stakeholder environments
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, estimating, and support teams
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting in CRM
Represent DAC at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Qualification
Required
Proficiency using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and reporting
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts (training provided)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High sense of ownership and accountability
Inquisitive, adaptable, and coachable
Team player with a positive, 'will-to-win' attitude
