Responsibilities
Define and execute the product roadmap for monetization initiatives including subscription tiers, upsells, and promotional offers
Lead lifecycle strategy across platforms (web, mobile, OTT), including launches, pivots, and sunsets with a focus on revenue optimization
Oversee partner authentication and identity systems including OAuth flows, TV Everywhere, and app store integrations
Design and own KPI frameworks, experimentation strategies, and data infrastructure to measure monetization success
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives and compliance requirements
Mentor product managers and foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and strategic thinking
Manage relationships with third-party partners and vendors to support monetization and identity systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a senior or director level role
Proven track record of delivering scalable, revenue-generating products in streaming, digital media, or B2C technology
Deep understanding of TSVOD, OTT, and subscription/ad-based monetization models
Experience with Direct-to-Consumer subscription flows via web and app stores (Apple, Google, Roku, Stripe, Recurly)
Familiarity with partner authentication systems including app platform partnerships and promotional access
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira/Confluence, and cross-platform product delivery
Preferred
Master's or equivalent experience preferred
