Support data validation, SCADA, and GIS analysis; assist in invoice review and rate analysis; maintain R&R tracking; support CPIR and asset verification; prepare technical documentation; ensure data quality and version control

Required

Bachelor's in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or Environmental Science
5–8 years experience
NARUC USOA familiarity preferred
Mid-level engineer or analyst experienced in utilities, GIS, or energy systems management
Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives
Data analysis, GIS, metering systems, technical writing, quantitative reasoning
Reliability, adaptability, attention to detail, collaboration
Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office
Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio
Ability to quickly learn other tools, as necessary
Commitment to work with intelligent, interesting people with diverse backgrounds
