Responsibilities

Deliver user-facing features with React/Next.js

Implement BFF/API integrations in Node/TypeScript

Clarify requirements with Product/Design; break down work

Write reliable, maintainable code with tests and docs

Improve performance, accessibility, and UX

Contribute to component library/design system

Add observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and handle incidents

Strengthen CI/CD and code review practices

Follow security best practices (OWASP, CSP, CSRF/XSS)

Required

5+ years building modern web apps

Strong React + TypeScript; solid Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG/ISR)

Testing with Jest/Vitest, RTL, and Playwright/Cypress

Performance and a11y fundamentals (Core Web Vitals, WCAG)

Cloud deployment basics (Vercel/AWS) and CI/CD

Observability tools (Sentry/Datadog) familiarity

Security-minded; clear communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

healthcare/HIPAA exposure is a plus
