Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and development of high-speed digital hardware for security appliances
Perform signal integrity analysis and power distribution network design
Collaborate closely with FPGA, software, and mechanical engineering teams to deliver complete hardware solutions
Drive design reviews, validation, and bring-up of complex boards
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related field)
8+ years of hands-on hardware development experience including schematic capture, PCB layout review, and hardware validation
Proven experience in high-speed digital design and FPGA-based systems
Familiarity with design tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
