Responsibilities
Proficiency with U.S. National CAD Standards required
Prepare architectural drawings and details using Revit and/or AutoCAD
Prepare finished drawing from hand-sketches, reference drawings, photographs, and directions from other senior team members
Ability to draft efficiently and accurately to meet submittal deadlines
Qualification
Required
Must be a Hawaii resident with the ability to work in-office. This is not a remote position
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of work experience in technical architectural drafting
Team player with effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Proficiency in architectural detailing
Familiarity with current building codes and regulations
Preferred
An Associates of Science degree in Architectural or Engineering Technologies, Computer Aided Design, or equivalent
Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape3d, and Photoshop
